These terms and conditions govern your use of PDF Notes Pro, operated by The Jubilee Trust (Charity No. 1077936), registered in the United Kingdom.
Account registration
To use the app you must register for an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Pricing
PDF Notes Pro is provided free of charge for churches, charities, and non-profit organisations. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans for commercial or for-profit use in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Use of the service
The app lets you upload PDF documents, organise them into ordered set lists, attach notes, and present them full-screen from a device. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload and create on the platform, including your PDF files, set lists, and notes. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the platform for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any PDF you add to your library.
Acceptable use
Your use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Jubilee Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of uploaded files or data. You are encouraged to keep your own copies of any important documents.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
