How It Works
PDF Notes Pro turns a pile of PDFs into clean, ordered playlists you can present full-screen from a tablet. Here's the whole journey, start to finish.
-
1
Create your free account
Sign up with an email and password. Your library, playlists, and notes are private to you — nobody else can see them. It's free for churches, charities, and non-profits.
-
2
Upload your PDFs
Add your documents — song sheets, sermon notes, readings, talks, lesson handouts, scripts. Upload several at once, tag them (like "Songs" or "Readings") to filter your library at a glance, and preview any PDF before you use it.
-
3
Build a playlist
Pick the PDFs you need and drag them into the order you want. Name the set — "Sunday Morning", "Midweek Talk", "Carol Service" — and save it. Build as many as you like and load any of them in a tap from My Sets.
-
4
Add your notes
Attach notes to a set for the running order, keys, cues, timings, or reminders — with bold and bullet points. They stay with the set and are there when you need them on stage.
-
5
Present full-screen
Tap Start Set and your first PDF fills the screen. Swipe between documents (and through multi-page ones), jump straight to any PDF in the set, and open your notes without leaving the player. The screen stays awake while you present.
-
6
Share with a colleague
Need someone else to see your set? Create a share PIN and they can view it read-only — no account needed. They just enter the PIN and can browse and present your sets and notes, while you stay in full control and can revoke access anytime.
-
7
Install it like an app
Add PDF Notes Pro to your tablet or phone's home screen and it launches full-screen, just like a native app — ready on the stand whenever you need it.
