This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms between you and PDF Notes Pro ("we", "us") under which you may access and use our platform.
Eligibility
PDF Notes Pro is provided free of charge for churches, charities, and non-profit organisations. Commercial or for-profit organisations may use the platform but may be subject to different terms or pricing in the future.
Permitted use
You may use the app to upload, organise, and present PDF documents — such as song sheets, sermon notes, readings, talks, lessons, and scripts — for lawful purposes in worship, meetings, events, classrooms, and similar settings.
Prohibited use
You must not use PDF Notes Pro to:
- Upload, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload any document you do not own or do not have permission or a licence to use, including copyrighted material used outside the terms of its licence.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or the files of other users.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or the servers connected to it.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Misrepresent your organisation type to obtain free access intended for churches and charities.
Your content
You are responsible for all content you upload or create through the platform, including PDF files, set names, tags, and notes. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach this policy. We may also report any suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities.
