PDF Notes Pro ("we", "us") is operated by The Jubilee Trust (Charity No. 1077936), registered in the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in readable form.
We store the content you create in the app: the PDF files you upload, the names and tags you give them, the set lists ("playlists") you build, and any meeting notes you attach to a set.
How we use your data
We use your data only to provide and operate the service: to sign you in, to store and display your PDF library and set lists, and to stream your documents back to you when you present. We use it for nothing else.
Your files
The PDFs you upload are stored privately and are only ever served back to you after we verify you are signed in and that the file belongs to your account. Other users cannot see or access your files, library, set lists, or notes.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers in the United Kingdom. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms, and all data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual PDFs and set lists at any time from within the app. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
Third parties
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The app loads a web-font and a PDF-rendering library from reputable content-delivery networks to display the interface; no personal data or file content is sent to them.
